I worked for royal mail for a while but moved back to scotland. Can i cashin my pension early im 40 x thanks

Assuming that by "a while" you mean more than 2 years, then you will need to wait until age 55 before claiming your pension.

If less than 2 years, you can either request a refund of your own contributions, or a transfer value to another pension arrangement.
