Ok, I CCA'd MBNA. The proof of reciept from the special delivery tells me they received it 16 days ago. I've heard nothing. How long do I wait until I do something else?

Thanks

What about payments? I've never missed a payment on anything in my life. Should I keep up the payments on this card until I hear from them? Should I make token payments? Should I pay nothing at all until I hear?

Wait until the 12+2 working days have passed.

If you hear nothing from them then they have not fulfilled their obligation under the Consumer Credit Act. Did you enclose the £1 fee payment?

After the time has elapsed, send the 12+2 day letter.

If you have not had a copy of the CCA, then the debt is in dispute. You can then stop making payments towards the debt until they supply the CCA.

If you do, they will probably put a default on your account if they have not already done so.
