    I've had one as well.

I've also previously sent a SAR. They've responded to SAR and CCA request with a two inch stack of print outs, but no sign of an agreement of any kind.

They have now passed the case to Mercers and threatening default.

I think I've got a case (with this and others) but I don't know what I should do next now they are still adding interest and charges and threatening defaults and CCJ's.

    What do I do next?

  • I wish I knew the answer to this MS Dolphin, I have no idea what to do either, I haven't SAR'd them yet, so I guess thats my next step.....

Maybe yours is waiting and seeing? Or look at those links on CAG Fermi provided and see if that's something you could do?
  • Thanks Fermi, really clear explanation in this complicated stuff, will get the SAR letter sorted today for me.....Am sure it will be worth £10, might even get to see how much they have charged me in the past that I can look at reclaiming at some point in the future

Thanks for all this Fermi, really appreciate it, am just reading through the CAG stuff now, but am having trouble with my log in there, so think I will have to re-register.

Thanks for the SAR letter too, might go with that in addition to some response to their legal mumbo jumbo.

Need to see if I have any legal cover with insurances or trade unions me thinks

  • Well now BCard are starting to really get up my nose.....haha, slight understatement alert...

So today I receive the following from some other bunch of cowboys they allege to employ, makes a change from Mercers and Scotcall I presume...

This annoys me for two reasons, one I still believe the BCard despite that legal rubbish letter they sent are in dispute so have drafted the dispute letter to the DCA but am unsure as to whether I should send it...

    And secondly

I raised a complaint with the Ombudsman ages ago and the agreed settlement was that they would accept £1 a month for 6 months, so I duly made the first payment despite their CCA default, probs not the right thing to do but was showing willing, this payment was only made 2 or 3 weeks ago and now I receive this letter......

So I have emailed my FO adjudicator to ask what I can do as far as they are concerned and am going to finally get around to my SAR request for BCard I guess, unless anyone has any other suggestions?

    Thanks for everyones help
