Will the fact I've gone over my overdraft ruin my chances of getting a mortgage?

Hi,
I'm applying for a mortgage with my patner at the moment. We have got our mortgage advise through countrywide and have applied for a Natwest 5 year fixed mortgage. The offer accepted on the house was £105k, and we have a 10% deposit. We have had the survey come back with no problems, but i am worried because they have now asked for 3 months worth of our bank statements. We have both been in our overdrafts (my partner not so much) which the mortgage advisor said wouldnt be a problem, but i have gone over my overdraft limit (£1500) on a couple of occassions (eg where money has come out of my account on the 30th but my wage has only been paid in on the 31st - max i have gone over was by £250). I went over at the end of feb and the end of march, both of which will be on the statements i have to submit. My closing balance on the latest statement is £388.64 into the minus (as of the 21st May). Credit score wise according to credit expert my score is 867 (it was 994 on the 2nd april but since the mortgage providers have done these checks its brought my score down).
I am really worried as i have already paid the solicitors a £300 deposit, and paid out £270 on a survey - what happens if they decline me now??
Thanks,
A worried Katie
