Terms and Conditions for L'Or!al Paris - Studio Secrets Join the Panel

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Or!al employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the prize draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries must be via the official entry form. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. L'Or!al takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost whether due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. To the extent permissible by law neither L'Or!al nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
7. The selection for the "Your Views Panel"; will take place on the 1st June 2009. Each to be appointed to a panel to try for 5 days to review selected Studio Secrets products tailored to the reviewers colouring.
8. Although the winners will be drawn at random, the panel will first be organised in relation to the age range suitable for the products to be reviewed each month. If selected, the winners will be notified via the telephone number or email they provide on registration.
   Each winner will be appointed to the "Your views" panel and required to:
   • Try selected Studio Secrets products as supplied by L'Or!al Paris for 5 days
   • Complete a review questionnaire on the L'Or!al Paris product
   • Email back their completed review questionnaire by the deadline stated or email back their completed video entry including an introduction about themselves, answers to the questions and how they apply the products
   • Return a signed and dated acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
   • Supply a photograph of themselves
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is as stated and there is no alternative or cash substitute.
11. The winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion which will include having their name, photograph and review published on the L'Or!al Paris Beauty Confidential website. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. The name of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Or!al Paris, Your Views, PO Box 7260, Hook, RG27 8ZS within 6 weeks of the draw date. The winners will be drawn the first week of every month.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
15. By applying to join our "Your Views" panel, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
16. English Law applies and English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
17. Entrants must read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
