I just told them that they didn't mention it when I booked so I wasn't happy about paying and they gave it as goodwill.

Just spoken to them to ask for an upgrade on the course, they have confirmed by email that i can upgrade to the PGA for £30 so now its Dinner, Bed Breakfast & 18 Holes on the PGA for £99.

I am sure Savvymail can tell you all more about the PGA, but this is the bump off the email

"Links style golf, the PGA National is fast becoming one of the top courses in the country, having hosted two European Tour events. Recognised by the PGA as a world-class tournament course and the only PGA branded course in England , the PGA National is a must for golfers who enjoy creativity and shot making required for links golf."

They obviously thought the upgrade was a good idea as they have just added it to the landing page......

    I should work in marketing....LOL
  • Thanks for the link, just returned from The Belfry after staying for 2 nights we upgraded and played PGA - fantastic, first day we did the spa offer, so ended up enjoying the Fire and Ice and avoiding the rain! Sat played golf in the beautiful sunshine.

    Once again thank you.
