I can't see avatars?

As the title states I can't see the avatars in people's 'profiles' or next to their names on the threads - anyone know why?

Have you enabled viewing avatars in your options?

If not then:

Click on User CP

Then Edit Options

Under the "Thread Display Options", you need to make sure that "Show Avatars" is ticked.



Then click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom.

Also, how do you get the little smilies in a reply? do you have to memorise the code?!

Click rather than using the Quick Reply box.

You should then have a menu to insert smilies on the right.
