Arsenal Burgandy Home Strip

I want to buy my boss the current Arsenal home strip for his birthday and get his name and a number put on the back. I've only got a couple of weeks to organise it and I'd appreciate your help :D

Arsenal's website want £52 for it, I'm sure there's a better price out there. Thanks.

Just wondered if you realise that the home kit (burgundy one) is only going to be used for this season ie the last time an Arsenal player will wear it will be May this year.

Seems like a lot of money for a kit that will be out of date in 6 weeks time!

If he is an Arsenal fan then the ultimate pressie can be yours for just £19.99 inc delivery... Arsenal are selling the seats from Highbury - each 'seat' consists of the back and base but apparently with the seat will come details of a company who can make it into a 'proper' seat for just £20.

The only other snag is that delivery is not until August 06 as they have to wait for the safety certificate of the Emirates stadium to come through before they can dismantle Highbury! You could give your boss a voucher for the best pressie an Arsenal fan could ever have and say that it will be his in August.

I have mine ordered already from

Thanks for the info. I didn't realise it was only for this season, but I think he'd still like it to be honest.

Any cheaper prices would really be appreciated.

Try somewhere like Sports Soccer/SportsWorld - they are cheaper to buy there, but not sure how much stock they are likely to have. The shirts were only for one season to celebrate their time at Highbury before the move to the new stadium.

    Good luck!

Go to JJB Sports. Shirt £29 plus £10 for the name and number to be added. We got this for our son for christmas - we were a bit dubious because we knew the shirt would only be around for 1 season, but he loves it to bits and I'm so glad we got it because its what he really wanted. JJB we found was the cheapest for the shirt and the name to be put on. Now our other son wants one for his birthday next week - there were loads in our local JJB yesterday so I wouldnt have thought you'd have too much trouble locating one.

That made me laugh! Not after a gold star, me and my colleague are going halves on it. Thought it would be better to get him something he would geniuely like!!

Don't think he'd appreciate the Spurs shirt though :rotfl:

My daughter got one from LUSHIE657 on ebay for someone at work. The shirt cost £7, P & P was £6.80 - from Thailand. Took about 10 days to come.
It is a fake, but a pretty good one, you could tell the difference against her genuine one- but in isolation ????

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'd rather get a real one.
