I was but have had a bit of a blip in the last week or so-feel very down about self image...

And couldn't run all weekend because of burnt shoulders (couldnt wear a bra!) and DH has been on nights so feel like I havent run in ages and feel like a blob :(

one bad weekend does not make you a blob!!

go out for a run today if you can, or get kids scooters out and have a long walk with them... you're just missing your endorphins!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

never heard of Music Magpie so just looked it up. Mostly 15p, 30p, etc......and one which I thought would be 15p tops - £3! Wonder how much I'd get for them all. I don't have a large collection of CDs and only about 3 DVDs to my name!

blimey - and £3 again for something I would have thought would be 30p!! And a third!

I have either weird or rare music tastes :rotfl:

I did well with a cd clearout with them - ended up with about £40 but I do have some weird ones which came in at £3 each.
Not doing well with the cds. Too normal I think as Bunny said.

hmmmmmmmm.......Cheeky Girls - the Cheeky Song (Touch My Bum) CD single - with extended mix..........any guesses before I input it? :rotfl:

I will firmly point out I did not buy this. It was given to me from a Secret Santa from a colleague who used to say me and her were the Cheeky Girls of the department.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
