    thats ok, I just ate a packet of crisps and have drunk water in an attempt to feel better.

    Girls we all need to stop being so down on ourselves. I know its all hard between the men the weight the debt and the !!!!!! jobs but honestly we are not bad people and we don't need to be so mean to ourselves the world is quite mean enough frankly.

    It must be so hard Bunny. To see people and leave them again. And revisit memories maybe - good ones and bad ones. You must so much want to see home again but ...
