mortgage HELP needed

Hi wondered if anyone could help,
currently have mortgage with capstone mortgage services, none of the high street lenders will offer mortgage to to previous bad credit ratings, although i have always been regular with my mortgage for the past 2 years, when searching for deals all seem to be very high with extortinate fees , does anyone know of companies/ mortagage who specialise is bad credit, ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Mortgages for people with adverse credit will be higher rates/fees to reflect the higher risk.
Your best bet would be to discuss your options with a whole of market broker.
