Why don't Ebay fix their website/software.

I've recently been using Ebay to shift a load of car parts. I last used it in a large scale manner about 3 years ago.
The software/website has clearly been overhauled a few times since I last used it. However, it seems to have a few bugs that really should not be present.

My main gripe is with the summary at the top of the page. Eg: "you have 2 items with questions" etc. Even when I've responded it will show items waiting for a reply. Refreshing the page makes no difference. The first time this occured I was really confused, because after clicking the link the page said "you have no items for sale". It took me a while to realise that it meant that I had no items for sale with questions on them.

Another example of poor interface: "You have 4 items to post". Click on one of those items to change the status to despatched and it will then remove that filter and show all of the items.

They should do better than this.

Another eBay useability bug..

"Free P&P"

This is the term they in the P&P field of listings on the main search pages when anything other than a cash value for P&P is entered.

In other words, you put "Collection Only" but open it up for worldwide bids, and all users will see the term "Free P&P" and guess what they think? Had to let down a lady from Ireland who thought she was getting it posted free because of this.

From a programming pov, I can see why it'd be hard to change, but geez it aint half confusing sometimes. Also the fact you can't choose worldwide postage options when you also have bulk/courier option for the UK. Which may be intentional, or just stupid.
