Ray wings, any recipe ideas?

I managed to get 2 ray wings on the reduced counter tonight but i have never cooked them or eaten them before. (love trying new stuff)
Any idea's, the use by date is tomorrow ???

From a culinary point of view, ray and skate are treated in a similar fashion
