mortgage advise.looking for a good deal?

ok heres some info . i want a mortgage of aprox £70,000 and can and can add 60.000 of my own money to buy a house of £130,000 ofcause aprox.
any one know of a good mortgage deal ?
is it to early to only consider fixed rate aswell ?

These will let you see what options exist for you. After that, I'd suggest going direct to the lender if you're pretty clued up of visiting a whole of market mortgage adviser if you're not comfortable with how the process works.
Your big deposit should help you qualify for some of the better deals, and you can consider a fix as well.

that looks exactly what i need.
....
ive used only geerings n collier agent to get a 4.9% fix at 5 years or 4.5% at 3 years..
i like fixed just for the added security but what do you all think about the tracker or similar mortgages??
no credit problems either luckily
