Arranging an interview date, sound like an absolutley lovely lady, laughing and joking with me! I kept her for far longer than expected, but she did say that as we had covered so much, my interview would probably last only 20 mins, and i could sort out my OH's too as many debts were joint, i filled out the forms etc (She's went BR too, and to be honest, i was a bit worried about her saying the wrong thing!)
I did ask about the cars, she said she would do a value check tonight and as long as they are worth less than 2k we could keep them (cars are worth 1k and £500), but the best news is about the BI in the house.
She wants 3 valuations, and then as long as there's no money in it we can buy back for the nominal £1 + costs of £211 for both of us. I have already been down 2 estate agents this afternoon and got valuations at 8k less than i owe (probably the only time i'll be happy about being in negative equity!) :j
She also was impressed at how knowledgable i was about the whole process, said it made her job easier! :rotfl:
I owe everything to this board, so for each and every one of you that bothered to answer my questions, a massive thank you very much!
And to people thinking of going through it all, the best of luck!

I have to say that i'm over the moon about being able to keep a familar roof over my daughters head!
I meant what i said, if it hadn't been for some of the people on this forum, i'd still be in the !!!! now to be honest!
