Has anyone here had hypnotherapy for weightloss?

I had it for fear of flying and I think it really helped.

I could definitely use some weightloss though, please please post back and let me know what you think...

I had hypnotherapy for an eating related issue which did help. I am slightly sceptical though as I kinda think just the fact that I revealed to someone what I was doing and talked about it also helped me address my issues.

We did try to address weightloss in the sessions but it certainly hasnt helped me from that point of view!

good luck with it though. I hope your sucessful. x

Thanks for the comments! The lady I have chosen is a qualified psychotherapist as well as a hypnotherapist so I think she will be combining the 2 to help me, I have some very deep seated issues but she is very confident that she can help me. Fingers crossed eh?

I will keep you all updated with my progress (and maybe even a new figure eh!)
