    got offered a role today -3 month contract, 20% below my current pay and a 75 minute journey. Its immediate start which I obviously cant consider, but its at least given me the confidence to go for it

    Are you sure that's not 2.1k?

    If they are so very generous, then i'd definately be looking at doing F&F settlement offers. Just make sure any account details that your work has is with a bank that you don't owe anything to.
