You'd be more than welcome hun, but I really hope you're better and you can run it
Part of me wants to crank up the treadie and do 10k now, maybe try 10k over 2 hours or so to see if I can do it, but then I wonder if I should rest as the doc said and just pray it's fine next week

This is my last booked race, i will need to get myself another one as i lose focus if i don't have a race to aim for.....

I want to run one 5 km and run one 10 km next year.
