    You'd be more than welcome hun, but I really hope you're better and you can run it ;)

    Part of me wants to crank up the treadie and do 10k now, maybe try 10k over 2 hours or so to see if I can do it, but then I wonder if I should rest as the doc said and just pray it's fine next week :o

    You could always give it a go and then stop if it starts to hurt but then I wouldn't do anything else till next sunday

    This is my last booked race, i will need to get myself another one as i lose focus if i don't have a race to aim for.....

  • I want to run one 5 km and run one 10 km next year.

    so (ironically) after Leeds and once work is fixed I shall start a proper training thing (with lots of advice from you guys xxx)
