Electrical Warrenty - small claims

I purchased a power supply with a 3 year warranty about 3 and a half years ago. Nearly 3 years from the initial purchase date the power supply broke. After contacting the company they sent me a replacement as it was within 3 years. That power supply has just broken after 6 months but in the terms and conditions any replacement item uses the initial warranty start date which means I cannot get a replacement even though it broke within 6 months. The power supply is Tagan and costs around £100 so it is not a cheap piece of kit. I have spoke to the company and they will not replace it as their terms and conditions state " The guarantee will apply to goods replaced or repaired under the guarantee for the balance of the original guarantee period."

Do I have a case as I wish to take them to a small claims court as the item is faulty after 6 months and they will not replace it?
