I used to cook a smoked gamon joint, cover it with hot water, add bay leaf any other herbs, leave it on all day, then finish it in the oven. Lovely with sw chips and egg!! (i add honey and mustard now im not on sw, when i put it in the oven).
Stews are low syns because of only adding stock cubes. Also cook mince meat (very low fat) in beef stock, with onions, carrots and loads of pepper, then add gravy granules add the end (syned of course) to make the most tasty cottage pie meat.
I like using my slow cooker so things were done when getting home from work,
here is a really good site for slimming world tips and ideas, i love some of the stuff i found.

Apparently the chinese pork recipe there is lovely - I'm yet to try it.
