what do I do???? MBNA letter today "YOU ARE NOT COOPERATING WITH US"

Great awnser gets to the point! Just from my own experince its pointless asking for there names they Never give you there real ones!! i still have my tapes from my recordings from them its a shame we cant get these people on tv to explain how they handle us???Im not saying anyone is to blame but me but when you try to sort out your life for there benifit as much yours all you want is a little bit of Respect!

yes getting there names is pointless most of the chit chat on the phone is pointless with dca simply write make the payment you want if there not happy with that thats there problem it is realy like talking to a load of vicky pollards to be truthfull as for harrassment yes they did that to so when they used to insult and hang up i used to phone back and rabbit and rabbit one even said if you keep phoneing ill report you i do have free weekend and evening calls so it was free infact the one firm thought i was mad as a march hair ,cos i used to start singing there may be trouble ahead or always look on the bright side of life sorry it sounds sad but it got them of my back in the end and the debts are going down

Hi - just thought I would let you all know that after I sent my letter to MBNA accusing them of blatantly ignoring my letters after they had accussed ME of not co-operating, which was a lie..

On saturday morning I received a letter from them saying they were investigating my complaint and would get back to me with 10 days and also enclosed a leaflet entitled 'Code of Practice' etc etc how we aim to look after our clients - what a load of rubbish!!!!!!!!
