1. There is one prize of a 32Gb Apple iPod Touch.
2. The closing date is 31st July 2009. Entries must be received on or before the closing date. Late entries will not be accepted. One entry per person per draw.
3. The winner will be selected at random from the valid entries with their details displayed at marmalademusicmobiles.com.
4. To enter the prize draw, the online entry form must be completed in full via www.marmalademusicmobiles.com/competitions or you must call 0845 313 3333. Incomplete forms will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.
5. Marmalade Music Mobiles reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time, or to withdraw the scheme.
6. Entry is open to UK residents over the age of 18. Employees of Marmalade Music Mobiles and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. If Marmalade Music Mobiles discovers that any entrant was ineligible to enter or has breached these terms and conditions, that entrant will not be included in the prize draw. If the Marmalade Music Mobiles discovers that a winner should not have been included, that prize winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
7. If the Marmalade Music Mobiles is unable to contact a winner or that winner does not respond within 28 days, they will be disqualified and a new winner selected.
8. Winners authorise Marmalade Music Mobiles to publish their name, age, town, and photograph announcing the winner of the draw and agree to participate in other reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion.
9. Incomplete, illegible, late or fraudulent entries will be declared void. All entries become the property of the Marmalade Music Mobiles. Marmalade Music Mobiles’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
