Hiya everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone else has has the same problem. I signed up for the 3 issues for £1 back in March, I have paid the 'fee'but have yet to recieve any magazines, including the free one.
Anyone else not received theirs? And does anyone have any advice for me. I have emailed them today but no respone yet, tried to call a number I found but that didnt work either!!
Help!!

hey i did this but with the top gear magazine. I too went for the 3 for £1 offer. I recieved one issue, but not anymore. I cant really be bothered to do anything about it because one issue for £1 isnt bad.0

I had this problem too with Marie Claire last year. I asked them four times to re-send the magazine. I got one copy in the end. Don't know what happened.0

A couple of my free ones haven't turned up.
Actually got some 'follow up' phone calls to see if I liked them & to check I had received them (& prob. to ask me to sign up for more). When I said I hadn't received, they apologised etc. & said would send for the next month but still didn't get.
Having said that for a couple that haven't arrived have in the same time received a lovely pile of well known & good quality glossies that i could never normally afford. Have never done the 3 for £1.00 offers (am always wary of setting up D.D.'s etc.) but would fully expect that if i did, they should arrive.
Would advise just going for the freebie as more often than not they do arrive and are great, genuine freebies.
Think sometimes are bored staff in call centres who know not many people subscribe to offers or longer term & can't be bothered.
As spora says £1.00 is not that much even though strictally speaking they should honour your 'contract' - just remember to cancel bank details etc. if you gave them !!!!!0 -
check the email confirmation it tells u what issue it starts with... im guessin urs is june.0

Have you been billed/has the money gone out of your account? if it has, get the letter with the details on (if you don't have one, and you've not had money gone from your account, don't worry -yet) but otherwise, give them a call and ask whats happening.
I had a similar problem with a subscription to TimeOut magazine, they were infact delivering it, but leaving it outside the front gate of the flats where I lived. Obviously they had been stolen, but had I not complained, no one would have ever done anything about it so its worth checking up on things.
I did though, take up the free offer for Marie Clare (the one with the Horlicks back a few months ago) but only just received it last week! it was very late and also late in the month to arrive- it did arrive, but not anywhere near the date it was released to the stores. Not sure if all Marie Clare subscriptions work this way- hope not!0 -
I have received all my Marie Clare magazines. Have they taken the money?0

I also applied for this 4 issues for £1 in Feb or March and have had nothing till last week, a letter saying my 1st issue will be the July one! Guess thats when they stop doing the freebies with mag.0

I recieved an email back today saying that they have now activated my account do god knows when I would have gotten them if I didnt email. Starting issue is July apparently. Annoying but I will be happy when I get them.
Thanks for all the responses guys n gals x0
