Our gas barbeque doesnt need lava rocks but I do know that some are sold that do but they are not provided. Does it not say in your instructions?
As I said mine doesnt have them, the barbeque taste and smell comes from the fat dropping onto something hot. It still smells and tastes barbequey even though our FIL thinks its cheating0 -
thanks essex girl.... It dont say in instructions0
