Tray bake recipes

Can anyone help me out here? Some 20 years ago Woman's Weekly (I think) did a traybake special, which included a no bake chocolate recipe, and a rhubarb shortbread type bake. I've found the chocolate one on my PC, but the rhubarb one eludes me. It consisted of a base made by making sweet pastry, cooling in fridge, grating half in tray, then spreading on the poached rhubarb, grating rest of pastry on top, and baking. As rhubarb is in season I'd love to make it again. Has anyone got a copy of this recipe, or even of the complete traybake article?
