We don't drink much in our house and have a box of out of date stella - i don't drink it and my dh won't touch it if it's out of date.
Is there anything we can do with it for cleaning - I read somewhere about washing your hair with it - or cooking or anything really so I don't have to throw it away.

Add it to a yorkshire pudding batter (or use it to make a batter to fry fish).I was at a party the other day, and one of the guests was drinking some beer which had a best before of 2005 - he was fine! Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Kill slugs with it.
TBH Id drink it or give it to the neighbours when they come round.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0 -

Don't forget to empty them regularly though... dissolved slug is disgusting!0 -
In a beef stew, casserole or pie, swapping the water for beer will improve the gravy no end.
I also have a recipe for beer soup somewhere in the culinary library, if anyone is interested. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0
