thankyou , my other half loves his roast chestnuts at xmas on the open fire, and i love the smell of them in the house,now proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0

my mil has got one of these ...she does chesnuts on her open fire....they are lovely and smell great but dont leave it on too long or they explode in a scary fashiononwards and upwards0

do people really have enough space in their cupboards for a gizmo for roasting chestnts which are only available for a couple of weeks a year? I love them, but a roasting pan in the oven does the job here!0
