Ethical Shop In Dingwall.
Options
If anyone lives near Dingwall there's a really good ethical shop opened.
It has all sorts of second hand stuff as well as new packets of seeds that they are giving away free. I didn't take them as I have the herbs already.
They are raising money for community gardening & all things local.
They had some raised bed kits, but again I don't need any more.
It's also giving away free craft stuff - wool etc if you make something with it & take an item back in for them to sell.
It's a lovely shop & a lovely idea.
It's called Greenhouse Gas and is on the street near the bus stands - I think it's called Hill Street.
I should probably post this in the green & ethical forum too?

It's actually the Greenhouse. Greenhouse Gas is the newsletter they produce. The shop is the brainchild of community councillor and environmental group leader Dave Lynch, who came to the town as a student of the nearby Highland Theological College. It's a lovely bright shop due to the high windows, presumably hence the play on words in the shop's name.0

We went into Dingwall last week on while we were on Holiday in Strathpeffer and sorry to say i missed this shop.
Lovely place, Dingwall, the little bakery was brilliant, they must have spotted we were hungry tourists and offered to butter our scones for us before we even asked. No charge either.
Now thats customer service.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
