Viewfinder comp from Observer Escape section
Connected to the mainland by a bridge, this island looks like a hill from the distance. In the 17th Century, it was valued as a source of tin; today, the island's economy rests on rubber plantations and tourism. It is famous for its beaches and a remarkable bay, with over 40 limestone islands soaring to almost 300m. Name the island.
Answer - Phuket (guessed this one right, please be assured I have checked and confirmed!)
