The prize consists of two nights' bed and breakfast accommodation for two people at Charingworth Manor. The prize must be taken and completed by 30 November 2009, excluding bank holidays, and is subject to availability. 4. All other personal expenses, spending money and any other incidentals are the winner's responsibility. 5. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions. 6. The closing date for entries is 30 May 2009. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 30 May 2009 and will be notified by 5 June 2009. 7. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value should unforeseen circumstances require it. 8.
