Make your own gift voucher

Does anyone know of a site where I can do the above and print it out for free. I would like to pay for my mum to have her nails done. She uses a lady who comes to her house and thought it would be nice to give her a home-made voucher for mother's day!
I've googled Make your own voucher and it didn't help much.
Thanks

I have done this before, but just made one up on the computer myself and printed it off. You can find all fancy pictures of nails or beauty stuff and then add your own amount and expiry date. Another friend of mine did their own "promises" leaflet rather than buy those "cheque book" ones. Its easy to do and you can customise it to how you would like it. You can pay your mum's nail lady...she might even have gift vouchers of her own?
