Be careful ordering from Empire Stores, after we all got ripped off when they had the bargain 3MP camera for £19.99 and it turned out to be a 2MP they were sending out to some of us, and the remainder of us had the order cancelled! See the following post on the grabbit board:

They may have good offers, just be aware of some of our experiences of bad customer service

hi got the england kit,ie the shirt shorts and socks today charged £16.99 rrp £36.99.
Not totally sure if its the new kit for 2007 thought it had a logo on bottom of shirt this doesn't.As i dont know enough about football think i'll nip into town to check it out.

I just odered one of these as a new customer, and I got sent an e-mail with no name, just (dear,) and it says that the order will be sent to the account registered address. I wasn't given any reference number or nothing, and it tells me to log into my account. Just rang customer services and they said that I would be receiving a letter before I place my first order and that I was not even on their system(despite me registering), has anybody else had this? What should I do? I've found an England shirt for £18 on Great Universal now so I don't know whether to choose them?

I'm not sure how it works with first order,sorry,maybe someone else will help,
but you could try this thread,as i got one for my boy today,the white one is reversible,is medium boys,fitted my boy who is 10yrs,hope this helps....
