working at Sky we regularly get Family&Friend offers, these are done a couple of times a year but i've reached the point where I cant give away these codes (anyone friends/family that have wanted them have mostly had them by now) Sky are now doing it so that we employees get an incentive when these offers are taken up, therefore my motivation to get these codes given away has increased....so i can get something out of it for once, and not just the warm fuzzy feeling i get when i give the codes to friends&family.
