I have emailed them with the prices for next year for the launch of their new snazzy website.

Considering how bright and breezy I was this morning this is not good and I have not been able to get on MSE most of the day so can't blame that reset the router again and it seems Ok now.

Right must get my donkey into gear today
Banking done nothing exciting - transferred OS allowance over wonder how it is going to compare budget wise paying him allowance whilst away or feeding him at home and all the extra little bits that creep in. Suspect that provided we don't have too many calls on the bank of Mum and Dad that we will be better off - mind you after what I spent on him in the last few days that is going to take some catching up.
He did ring to say he was filling in his budget planner with his spends to date so there is hope.
35p real money and 25p bonus on the scratchies. £12.42 Pad to 0% card fund.
Wonder if I will have another good day on the bingo
Right not going to make a list today but will report back on what I've done later.
So far - scanned and printed some piccies of the baby for the life book I am doing for her for her future adopted parents.

Oh that sounds like a lovely idea. Is the adoption process already underway?
It sounds like your OS has settled in well. I hope your OD is ok though.
Have a fruitful day - need to go back out to work now, just popped back for a quick piece of toast. 6am really is too early to eat brekkie lol :rolleyes:One step at a time0 -

6am is too early full stop :rotfl:
The court has agreed she should be adopted they are now winding down the contact with Mom and Dad (she is seeing Dad today and then they are 2 more visits with him and 3 with Mom over the next 5- 6 weeks) and then it will be introductions to the new parents it should happen before Christmas - lovely Christmas present for them and her she is a delight - but we shall miss her very mucheveryone is leaving
OS is fine no contact from OD since Sun am when she rang to say she wasn't coming for tea I owe her some money so I expect she will be in touch soon.

What a lovely idea with the book.It must be hard handing her over but you've given her a good start ready for her adoptive parents who'll also really love her.
I'm sure (unfortunately) that it won't be long before another child will need the love and comfort from your home.I mean unfortunate because the world is cruel not anything to do with your caring by the way.0 -

The handing over is awful this is the first child we have had that has been adopted the others have gone to a family member or other placement. I am sure they will find us another child soon and I know what you mean it is unfortunate and these innocent children are the ones that suffer.
Right busy day today hair appointment this morning the full works colour and highlights followed by my first fostering panel which promises to be a long one from the amount of paperwork I have received as July did not reach a quorum, there was none in August, so there is lots do to do in this one should be interesting.
Yesterday
1. found all the documents needed to complete CRB application:j
2. Cleared key/credit card/ voucher drawer looking for nationwide card which was not there but cut up loads of cards including lots of store cards which I have no intention of ever using again;)
3. Sorted out vouchers £131 in M & S vouchers which I will use for christmas presents I am hoping they have another sale like last year buying from the 3 for 2 christmas shop, the sale and the vouchers I hardly spent anything there. Tesco vouchers £295.50 - I use these for RAC membership and magazine subscriptions but seem to be building up a surplus so I think I will swop some of them for double up wine vouchers before 30th September and use these for Christmas presents:D I was hoping they would bring out an annual cineworld pass offer as I want to get these for the children for Christmas this year but they are only offering the single tickets.
4. Dismantled OS's bunk bed and cleared out one set of drawers which needs mending and one desk. The room looks so much bigger.
5. No wins on the bingo yesterday
6. Bought some more bits for children's baking hampers for christmas and wrote a list of names I need to buy for - sorted out how many I could buy pots of gold for and thought of a few ideas for others - the list is long.:eek:Looked on the web for suppliers of cellophane and curling ribbon so I think that should be OK although I really wanted cellophane with gold stars but that seems to be out of stock everywhere I've tried I will keep looking for a while but if not order alternative - just need to find the pots now
So not a bad day except for that card

Has anyone used the tesco vouchers to buy blockbuster vouchers and if so do they come as plain vouchers which can be used as gifts or do they have your name on them - thinking off movie night in hampers here - I suppose I ought to find the tesco vouchers thread and ask there I will do that later when I get as mo0
