Wow DT, that's very positive and inspiring :T Can you bottle it and post some to me please!
I am overflowing with positivity at the moment so there is plenty to spare Macgirl take a tanker load :rotfl:
Good luck with diet Bob - clothes is going to be a bt tricky here as I threw all my old ones away but there were hardly any skinny ones anyway I have been big too long and the ones I had were gross. So I will have to buy some more I need summery stuff if we go on holiday - still waiting to hear if we can take our little girl- but I shall leave it until the last minute and buy the bare minimum as they won't fit next year:)

I found myself buying a load of aubergines yesterday.....and as I put them in my trolley I was thinking of you!
Not got a clue what I am going to do with them, mind - any yummy ideas?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

I am a lazy moo and because of my five meals a day my last meal is usually fairly late I want something quick so I have been stir frying them with whatever veg I have and got some pretend cheese from my sachet to make some sauce with curry powder in and beansprouts and its yummy but somewhere on my thread moo has put a link for thousands of recipes in the oven is the usual thing but that just takes too long for me at the mo

Morning lovely ladies :hello:
I've got a lovely aubergine recipe from one of Jamie's recipe books. It's tomatoey with olives and capers (which I leave out as I don't like). I'll try and find a link.....
THIS IS YUMMY!
I substitute herb vinegar for either balsamic or red wine and have sometimes left out the almonds, but it is lovely with fresh tuna or salmon. Enjoy!0 -
Apart from the parsley, I have all those ingredients, so I could certainly give that one a go this week -thank you!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Thanks DT- i have had a bit of a whoopsie start today as i went to meet up with a friend this morning and she forced Shortbread biccies on me- i only had one though- was a nice treat either way.
I am off to my nephews Christening next weekend, and i am just going to recycle out fits for it- the same dress in most family pics- but i don't really care as it is costing enough with B&B's anyway. I think i may need a GOK style tummy controller- but other than that the outfit looks very niceBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Thats the good thing about this diet as it is so strict you can't even have a nibble of something not allowed so today as I am approaching TOTM I could have fancied a treat and on any other diet I would have justified it but on this diet it isjust a complete no no so I didn't - have just had a sort of pizza for tea which wasnt badLong live Bridget Jones knickers............
Never I refuse to wear Bridget Jones Knickers but I would wear a body shaper for a special occasion I think that is a good idea Bob and if the outfit is nice why not wear it again sod the photos
