Following the critically-acclaimed showing of UP as the first animation and first 3D film to open the Cannes Film Festival, Culture+ has arranged a preview showing for you next Sunday, five months before its national cinema release in October.

Disney/Pixar’s UP is a rollicking adventure you won’t forget. Carl Fredricksen has always dreamed of exploring the globe and experiencing life to its fullest. But at age 78, life seems to have passed him by, until a twist of fate (and an overly optimistic 8-year-old Wilderness Explorer named Russell) gives him a new lease of life. UP takes audiences on a hilarious journey, in which the world’s most unlikely pair encounter wild terrain, unexpected villains and jungle creatures.

To claim up to four free tickets for the preview screening in Disney Digital ™ 3D at
    - Empire Leicester Square, London WC2 on Sunday, May 31 -
click on the link below and enter the movie password when prompted. You will be given a reservation number.
Write it in the space provided on the offer page Culture (inside the May 24 edition of The Sunday Times) and present this page at the cinema on the day of the screening with your e-mail confirmation.

I am desperate to see this film - but London is no good for me, so hope this helps others. Thanks for all the codes and free tickets I have received in the past:T

    THE SUNDAY TIMES

    ** MOC ALERT ** MOC ALERT **

FREE - £5 OFF - When you spend £50 - Coupon redemption at WAITROSE

Has anyone got their Sunday Times yet? Is there another nice, simple 99 scannable barcode on it pretty please?

I can't (yet) get my local stores to accept the stupid Morrisons/NOTW version. I have spoken with a few staff already and will resume 'talks' next week; I have really had to bite my tongue not to respond to some of the uninformed 'fob-off-the-customer' replies. Pretty much all of them think they don't even take Morrisons spend & save vouchers - none of them remember that last August they displayed a banner saying 'we accept Morrisons Spend & Save vouchers'! Grrrrr!

Instead I have to spend £50 and use this Waitys version as it scans. Daft, they are all conditional spends so all OK at Tesco!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

CouponMad - Dundee have told me twice now that all stores HAVE to take these and that local Managers are not allowed to refuse them. I was advised to get CS staff to phone Dundee whule I stood next to them and that Dundee staff would instruct the store to accept my voucher. They even helpfully phoned my local store and got it sorted for me (cos I'm having major trouble in that store re NSS coupons generally and have already been threatened with a ban from the store!).

Thanks tbw, this is my plan for next week in one store. I know they should be taking the voucher - but like you, I have to tread a little carefully as there are some who have issues with couponers in that store.

I have phoned Dundee but the girl was a little wishy-washy, she read what they had on screen about the voucher (which is a yes) but wasn't very forceful when she spoke to the store. I think I will have more luck speaking to someone else at the store, after the Bank Holiday (and if need be ask them if they could phone Dundee to clarify). I know I will have to plan my wording carefully and try not to come across too pushy, lol!

Book offer at back of puzzle section.- '3 men in a boat' for £1.62 postage. Special edition hardback unabridged, bound in real cloth and with all edges gilt , head and tailbands a nd a ribbon marker. Actually I missed that there was a peter pan offer yesterday that was similar, so if you have it anyway and go back through you may find the coupon.

I've given up treading carefully in my local store ! After alleged coupon abuse (I think by 2 people on here - and I'm NOT saying Tesco are correct in their allegations so please, nobody take this personally!!!) the Manager had implemented a '10% if you are lucky!' policy but appears to have forgotten to fully brief all his staff so what you can use STILL varies dramatically. Also, having been told by one of his Duty Managers that 4/5 coupons at a time are absolutely fine and to quote his name if I had any hassle, on my next visit I was told 'he doesn't have a clue what he's talking about, he spouting rubbish'. I've written to the Store Manager about this - but he hasn't deigned to favour me with a reply. So, the only reasons I go in now are to look for out of date fresh food so I can MOAN at length about their lax practices, to check with CS if they are following HQ instructions that they MUST accept Morrison spend & save coupons (and then get Dundee to kick them up the posterior if they say no!) and finally, to check that they have actually told all their check out staff that Dundee have instructed them to take Morrisons coupons - and then MOAN again when I find out that they have conveniently ignored the instruction from HQ.

Oh, and I forgot, I do still MS them - and am VERY strict on marking them down if they fall short. (I'm strict anyway but, with this shower, I will find (legitimate) fault if I can.

I'll have the s*** one way or the other.
