I Wanna Cordless Phone with Answer Machine & Caller Display

I want to buy a cordless home (landline) telephone, with an answering machine and caller display. Can anyone recommend any good ones? Or tell me the best place to look for one?

We love the cordless BT Synergy range (has caller display and we got one that accepts and sends SMS text messages too) and use BT 1571 as our answer phone. Found it a bit restrictive trying to get one that did all of it! xx

Although they're slightly out of date now, I bought a BT Freelance XC500 series set from eBay - cordless, answer machine, caller display and a second handset that can be put anywhere in the house without the need for another phoneline.

As I say, they're out of production now (IIRC their replacements were very big and cumbersome but I can't remember the model number!), but you can pick them up on eBay from time to time...
