Money claim online query

Hi,
To cut a long story short, after approx 4 months we still didn't have the sunglasses back, which we had sent off for replacement lenses. We got fed up of empty promises from the shop in question, and eventually filed a small claim using the Money Claim site.
As we suspected, the very same day that the claim was served on them, they posted out the glasses!! We just knew they would do that, very annoying.
However, my question is, we now have back the glasses that we were claiming for, but are out of pocket for the cost of filing the online claim. I'm assuming that is just hard luck and we can't continue the claim now in order to claim back the claim cost, is that right?

Sorry to bump my own thread, but hoping someone might have some advice? I have scoured the web and can't seem to find any info, and the help section on the Money Claim site isn't much use either.0
