well the subject says most of it
we sold out houses a while back, went travelling and are now looking to buy
have around a 40% deposit - will be looking to buy something around£400K and we have the income to support payments.
looking for a good deal which allows overpayments and at least after 2 years would allow a clean exit without penalty ...
any suggestions - at present HSBC and woolwich seems to be coming up trumps.
