Please read the following competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition you will be deemed to have read and agreed to these rules.
1. The competition opens at 12pm on the 22nd May 2009 and closes at 12:00pm on the 17th June 2008 for the prize attribution.
2. To enter the competition you must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3. The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate family) of The Full Experience Company Ltd or any other person who is directly connected with Smartbox™.
4. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
5. Entry to the competition is by means of the competition page on the website (https://www.borders.co.uk) or the competition link set out in Borders’s newsletter.
6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received prior to the closing date for any reason.
7. The prize, an Adrenaline Smartbox™ worth £129, will be attributed to the winner.
8. If for any reason any of the advertised prizes are unavailable we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize will be awarded per person.
9. The winner will be the entrants who answers the questions correctly and whose last answer is selected as best by the judges. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The panel of judges for the competition will be comprised of members of the organization team from The Full Experience Company Limited.
10. The draw will take place within 30 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email to the email address provided on the answer form. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If you fail to respond to the notification that you have won, or fail to provide a valid email address, or fail to provide a UK address for delivery of the prize, in each case within 60 days of our sending the email notifying you that you have won, then we reserve the right to withdraw your prize and award it to the next eligible entrant.
11. We will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition draw but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
12. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as we may require.
13. The Smartbox™ must be redeemed before 31/12/09, expiry date of the voucher.
14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
