hi i have been offered this fixed rate deal
i have a mortgae of 45000
house valued at 85000
no set up fees
bear in mind if we move we would have a couple of thousand early re payment fees
and good chance set up fees at other end
so here goes
4.59% 2 year fixed 307.00 per month

Are you planning on moving?

If you are make sure it is portable so you wont have to pay the early repayment fees.

Based on the information you give there are better deals available, but I have no way of knowing if they are suitable for you.

I would sugest you sit down with your Mortgage Consultant and ask him/her what is best for you in your personal circumstances

not planning on moving and yes its portable they prob will be better rates but not that much lower i was thinking
and fees to move would be high also
do you have any recomendations pls
