I have always had them as normal thats why I can't understand what the heck is going on ..

Did you get the Feb. vouchers?

Some ideas - you may have had in amongst the coupons sent to you - one to enter in for the 'Christmas Saver Club', so you may have inadvertently joined if you just handed all the coupons at the till.
You may have a joint account, and your the other card holder, asked for it to be done.
You may have requested a merger of different cards, and the Christmas Club was on a little used account.

What to do, if you don't want to wait till November, ask Clubcard to come out, or do it yourself on MCA. It's too late for the Easter vouchers, but would be in time for May vouchers - which will include all your accumulated points.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Hi, hope someone can help me.

I have £280 of Great Western rewards vouchers and have only just realised that I need to book something by middle of May or I'll end up losing them. Can anyone tell me if I can use them at other hotels or has it just got to be the Great Western ones. I quite fancy a break in the Yorkshire area so if anyone has stayed anywhere near I would be grateful to know what you thought.

Another thing (sorry to go on) if the cost is less than the voucher value do I lose the difference. I am having a bit of a panic at the moment and would hate to lose all that money.

    Thanks in advance.

'Best Western'? If so, you should be OK to use them on other hotels, according to the T&C:

Did you know? - Hotel tokens can be used for any hotel company in rewards, or for any rewards that aren’t “buy in full”.

Just as a follow-up, how about the Gisborough Hall hotel, North Yorks (Macdonald Hotels)? Some reasonable Tripadvisor reviews.

Gisborough Hall is very nice, large, smart, a little impersonal but on the gateway to the moors and Guisborough itself has a nice high street, cafes, a few restaurants etc. For my money though I'd go to Grinkle Park hotel, about 20mins away actually on the moors. Its a smaller hotel, but the staff are fantastic and so friendly, it has great grounds and it's a short drive to Whitby, and lots of pubs for nice bar meals within a few mins drive. Grinkle is with Classic Lodges so also available on Tesco vouchers, and cheaper than Gisborough Hall too. I work in Guisborough and have been to both hotels on many occassions, so if you want to ask any questions I'd be happy to help.
