appears they are stopping the codes to concentrate on Clubcard 2 which is user targetted, so unique codes to you

I've also had problems with e-couipons and codes posted on here.

It appeared that they were being accepted - ie: Enter the code and it pops up on the right hand side as a discount. I confirmed the order, was passed to the mastercard/visa secure on-line verification process, entered my password there and was then passed back to the checkout where it said there was a problem with my coupons - why the hell does the system lets you get this far before checking?

I rang customer services who didn't seem to know why they weren't going through - "It happens sometimes, don't worry, ring us after your order has arrived and we'll credit your card"

When I phoned back, I was told that I had already used some of the tokens (the ones that I actually had in my hand) and that they could find no record of the Spend and Save coupon I'd taken from here.

It seems that codes are now being checked and allocated on a clubcard by clubcard basis.

Very frustrating as I only ordered on-line because the Spend and Save covered the delivery charge.

Moral: Don't assume that a coupon will be accepted even if it says it has!

    Hi Folks,

    Looking for some help.

I am starting to use the online service for Tesco and and looking at ways to up my points.

I think a good way would be more than one account so when the big points codes come up I can use them a number of times.

I currently have an online account in my name and a club card in my name as well as a Tesco credit card which is linked to my club card account.

How do you go about other accounts? Can you have more than one from the same address if I use my husband or sons names? Anything to watch out for?

    Thanks for any help.

    Nikki
  • Hi all,

I'm new here but just wanted to say (hopefully in the right thread) thanks for sharing these codes. Didn't know or think they would worked for more than one use! I will be sure to share mine here when I next get some in the mail...

    Cheers!

Hi - I had a lot of tesco points about to expire so I cashed a few in for the £5 off delivery vouchers. Now I am trying to do an online shop and I find they won't accept any other voucher at the same time. I have always been able to find a code for points or money off, so now I have a load of delivery charge vouchers to use up when I wish I had changed them all for airmiles or something of more use.
Anyone got any advice or is it just one of those annoying things to learn from??

Oh no, I hope someone has a solution on how to use these vouchers with other codes! I just received some, too.

seems you've got to be watching for people to post the codes up because they get hammered. i've tried about 2 pages worth of codes and 90% of them say they've been used the maximum number of times

I thought when it said that, it meant by you. It usually says expired if it's not in use anymore.

Make sure you put the right amount of stuff in your basket before trying the code, so if it's for a £50 spend, have that amount in.

However i know the codes are usually short lived and i too struggle to find any that work, but usually because i'm past the expiry date
