joint mortgage/house help

Options
hi i am currently looking to buy a house with my partner but due to my bad credit i believe we will struggle to get a mortgage with me applying with her. i was wondering if it was possible to have to property in joint names but the mortgage just in my partners. ofcourse everything would be split 50/50 but i just want my name on house if possible for protection incase we split up or anything like that. is there anything i can do so that the house legally is half mine without going on the mortgage?? any help would be great thanks

The parties on the mortgage must match the parties on the title deeds of the house.

Sorry to be there barer of bad news!

    Cheers
