    Hi All,

I really dont want to declare my last weeks spend :( I did brilliant until friday.... I met my older sis for lunch = €10.50 (gorgeous gorgeous very spensive salad!) and bought foundation as shes a make-up artist so she helped me pick but it was reduced to €7.50 :T and then... that evening my younger sister came up from Uni so we got dvd's, btle wine, munchies. By saying that i got them, shes a student!
So it was €11.25 until Friday lunchtime!!! Then it became €46.25  Oh well, will do better this wk :o

I'm trying to decide whither to get my hair done on Friday, its €100 for cut and highlights. I only got it done in March so maybe i should just get it cut, i hate this budgeting! Ive my sisters 30th starting Thurs evening with Dinner at hers for 8, im bringing lasagne (thank god as its so cheap to make), someone else bringing seafood thai curry etcetc. But then im on her decorations for the big party Sat night, reserved area in a pub. B&B = €45, Dinner = €30, Drinks = .......... hehehe but my OH said he'd look after me. Think he's trying to turn me into a lady of leisure!!

Right so I think ill leave myself out of this week, will catch up next week, good luck all xo
:exclamati Every path has its puddle :exclamati

I'm red already as I spent £31 on books in Waterstones for no good reason.

    *slinks off*

I had to drag other half away from there on Saturday as he saw the 3 for 2 offer on everything and saw that as a reason to go book crazy but I thankfully stopped him entering or his wallet would be at least £30 lighter. Out of interest what did you get?

Tiger1000 don't stress too much it takes a while to get into the swing of budgeteering (I am still learning even though I have been trying for a long time:rolleyes:). I hope you enjoy your week and will join us next week.

ETO your hen doo sounds fun, I do love a scone.

I was working today but was let home at 2pm so I am enjoying the rest of my afternoon knowing I am still being paid.

I did have some small spends today but as I used the excess funds in my purse from the weekend I am not going to count them in this challenge. Roll on Tuesday.

I got Neil Gaimain's Eternals (Graphic novel, £15ish), a Tom Holt book for OH, Let The Right One In and The Night of the Miraj (Because it had a pretty cover and was free on my 3for2)

    I am a bad budgeteer.

I will be back on the horse next week though, honest!horse-sabre-03.gif

I'm with you this week f_f, big big big overspend already.

Decided i have no summer clothes!! And as i was meeting a friend i havent seen in ages thought i'd treat myself.

So £80 later i have some new clothes and shoes. :j i mean

I am going to count this as a weekly spend, although it did come from my little savings pot, (so not too disheartened by it) but i didnt put it on CC. :j
And this is the first time in ages i will have money left in my acc at the end of the month.

I also spent £8.44, on lunch. but again thoroughly enjoyed it, and hadnt seen friend for a year.

    Hope everyone is doing ok.

I have had two NSDs since Sunday though so maybe I will be ok. I will still be over budget but hopefully not by more than £10...

  • Hi all, I know we're halfway through the week. But I can put £10 for the rest of the week?
My monthly spending goes from the 1st, so next week i'll try and merge this with my grocery spending. Hopefully help keep everything on track!
