Not done this in ages but I've got such a load of stuff in the cupboard &need to get into good habits to start GC next month so:

    Monday- pea &prawn risotto
Tuesday- lasagne made from beef in the freezer
    Wednesday- prawn stir-fry
Thursday- out with the girls for bargains on Brick Lane
Fri-Sun- visiting OH so food's on him for the weekend.

Then I know there's cheese, bread, beans &tuna in the fridge for lunches

That feels great! Seeing it like that means I know I've got enough for the week so don't need to shop again :D

Better late than never. We are moving house in a week, AND I accidentally bought two veg boxes rather than one, so it's an interesting challenge to avoid waste.

Sat: we had deconstructed toad in the hole. Hm yorkies, sausages, onion gravy, mashed potato, peas & carrots
Sun: friends over. Lasagna using up minced veal, bacon and chicken livers from freezer, pain de campagne from a mix (excellent), bought raspberry sorbet & crushed raspberries for pud
Mon: felafel (made from mix), carrots roasted with honey, roast sweetcorn, courgettes with mint & feta, chapattis (cos I don't have any tortillas), slice of ham for the boy, some cherry tomatoes for the girl
Tues: aubergine, tomato and feta bake, pasta (with some sauce for the children), salad (the double box means I got TWO lettuces)
Wed: macaroni cheese with tomatoes on top, silverbeet cooked with bacon and finished with vinegar
Thurs: potato & artichoke salad (yes, got some artichokes in the boxes), green salad, tomatoes with feta (I have quite a big pack of feta), poached trout, boiled eggs
Fri: prawn risotto, green beans with chopped boiled egg & breadcrumbs
Sat: aubergine, parsnip & cashew biryani for grownups, fishfingers & chips & beans for children
Sun: freezer surprise as we move on Monday ... I have a lot of chinese leftovers in the freezer, there's probably some real surprises too!!!
