Hi Everyone
I thought it was about time for me to post something as I have been reading posts for ages now... and, lots of advice in the forum have been very useful.
I've started saving my £2 in order to clear some of my credits or shops cards. By reading the posts, I've only face now by writing down all the cards I've got and how much I own on them, how much debts I've got. It is scary, it way more than I can afford. I don't know how I've managed to pay them all until now.
First thing I've done, I cut most of them and I cleared my huge £1800 overdraft limit and asked the bank to only give me £100 overdraft. It is hard but at least I spend less and put more money toward paying off my debts. I am looking for a second job (I am self employed) in order to get more money and become debt free.
I can't even write here how much debts I have, I am so ashamed, it is huge...
Anyway, so far I've saved £8 on £2 coins and I also started the 20p for my kids holiday park and saved just £1.40.
Thanks to you all and thanks Martin for this wonderful website full of treasures

Welcome Laly! Maybe you will consider posting your own thread eventually to receive some specific advice?
I know what you mean about being scared to write down what you owe, kinda makes you face it, doesn't it? If you haven't already, you should read moozie's thread here , its very inspirational!
Best of luck
