Nat West cut me off!!

:mad: Just opening todays post and there is a bundle of letters from my bank who I have been with for 20 years and they say they are unhappy with how I have conducted my accounts and they r terminating my overdraft facilities in 30 days and closing my accounts in 60 days unless I clear the arrears on my loan by June 5th. the arrears on my loan occurred in Feb09 when they took an extra direct debit therefore I stopped the D/D as I had bounced loads of other D/D's due to lack of funds. I spent forever on the phone trying to resolve this situ until finally after much distress I spoke to a Nat West person in Nottingham? who agreed that an overpayment had taken place and he refunded it to me there and then. Great I thought until recently....Nat West have called repeatedly saying that the refund was a mistake and they want it back now. I have made all the appropriate payments since Feb but can't afford two payments in 1 month that they insist I MUST make now or else. I can't afford to repay my overdraft facilities which they say I MUST and find an alternative banker! they have served me with a default notice also.
They also say they have cancelled my rights to use my cards...how do they expect me to live??? any suggestions how I resolve this part from parting with loads of dosh that I don't have??!!!
