I wanna hotel chocolat

It would be great if anyone had an offer to help us all buy our easter eggs?

(better than the whisked up and coloured vegetable oil fake chocolate you get in the shops..)

I want to use my calories wisely (oh, and for the kids too of course..ahem)

apologies if there is already a thread on this, i have had a read through and havent spotted one...

    If you go to

    http://www.hotelchocolat.co.uk/cx1/voucher_affiliate.asp

and type in your email address and the code HC04 you should get 10% off. Hotel Chocolat sent me this code with my order last year so I don't know if it will still work. You could also try HCWC04. The 0 by the way is a zero not the letter.

I would avoid these at all costs they, lost my payment twice and still say they have never recieved it, pity its on my credit card statement, now they want to take legal action, so could be interesting.

They will ignore any problems you have with there products, very bad service and the chocolates are very sickly. Just my thoughts on this poor poor company.

Well, I like the chocs and... I've found these guys have great customer service in general- when you email at least (I found letters went nowhere). At Christmas I got sent 2 Xmas boxes. They were £20 each and I told them I couldn't afford 2 (it may even have been my mistake), they refunded a box! I recently had trouble getting onto my online account, was unable to postpone delivery, got an extra box. They've refunded me it. This isn't the only time the chocolates have been free. I've had a damaged box (still edible!) refunded too.
There are lots of types of chocs so be careful to choose the ones you like.

Could it be you've got more than 1 account with them? I did (I wanted the choc tasting intro box twice!) and had plenty of letters from them. If you get through to someone who takes you seriously I think they might refund- that at least has been my experience when things have gone wrong.

Hotel Chocolat are my favourite chocolates. They've done me a favour in a way because after having tasted their chocolate I no longer buy as many chocolate bars like cadburys because with the tiny 24% cocoa solid content, they taste soapy. The Easter Eggs are gorgeous. They beat Thorntons by a long way. Also it's fairly traded chocolate :j
