How does this mortgage sound?

Thanks to some advice on here I shopped around a little for a mortgage, as I was previously under the impression that my self-employed status and only one year of accounts would restrict me.
However, after speaking to London & Country it seems a letter from my accountant to confirm this year's income will be enough and they have offered me the following deal:
Halifax
£180,000 loan
4.39% at 2 years fixed
Monthly repayments at £989
Arrangement free of £499
How does this sound to you guys?
